Launch of our Creative Cluster Residential Housing

Update from Anna | Creative Factory Director

After months of consultations, considerations, calls to builders (thanks Claire), planning and designing (thanks again Claire!), skips, endless discussions about boilers, plenty of tea, more quotes, loads of red tape and about four hundred litres of white paint, it’s happening.

They are nearly ready. Four apartments.

Brand spanking new, gorgeously renovated, with heaps of light and space to create.

Our very own creative housing cluster. Built by us, for us.

It's worth taking a minute for this. To appreciate that, eighteen months on from incorporating Creative Factory, we are on the cusp of opening our very first spaces.

We will be renting out 3 of these one-bed beauties, keeping one as a community space.

Click on the link below to register interest and come along and have a nosy at one of our open viewings. Dates to be confirmed soon.

And here’s the fun part -  because everything's about testing, right? Proving that this can actually work? So, can we make enough from the rent of those three apartments to fuel our 4th apartment as a community connector hub? A space for workshops, artist residencies, films nights, gatherings, readings, teachings?

There’s only one way to find out. It’s time to take the leap - there’s no turning back, even if we wanted to.

This is a cultural movement. Stay subscribed. There’s more to come and if you’d like to find out more about the apartments and the wider vision, take a look here:
