This is the old H. Samuel jewellers. It’s situated on a busy thoroughfare in Middlesbrough town centre,  46 Linthorpe had been empty for a number of years when Creative Factory acquired it. Spread across 3 floors and over 4,000 square feet, we are excited to start developing the building.
